Delhi Metro DOOH Space Heats Up as Sapphire Media Services unveils its digital network at Pink Line

DOOH medium makes inroads over traditional OOH via the launch of Digital screens at Delhi Metro Pink Line.

Introduction

With lakhs of passenger journeys within the Pink Line (Line 7) - the Garland line of Delhi metro every weekday, the advertisement spaces across the stations hold considerable potential. Sapphire Media Services, a leading Outdoor Advertising agency, has launched new iconic and premium set of DOOH and static sites at Pink Line Metro, enhancing its media offerings to amplify daily commuter experience and brand exposure.

The ultra-high definition and new age technology-led LED screens have been installed across 31 metro stations. The company has installed 300 plus LEDs at 31 stations (10 screens each station). All locations have been strategically identified based on passenger movement flow and dwell timings to provide the best exposure to advertisers within the stations.

Sapphire Media has also introduced Glass panel (Static Media) opportunities across 31 stations on the Pink Line.

The reason of investing on these lines was that Line 7 caters to the majority of the Youth audience traveling to South Campus, Sarojini Nagar and Lajpat Nagar. Traveling from Majlis Park to Shiv Vihar stations, the DMRC Pink line metro train takes the brand visibility through all the stations creating a long-standing presence for the brand catering to 2 lakh+ eyeballs daily. We saw a huge potential on these lines as it covers some major stations."
