The movie that came last year and kept all the justice league fans on their toes came to your TV screens with a lot of hullabaloo. Home to the biggest Hollywood blockbusters, HBO India hosted the Indian television premiere of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
The superhero movie is the first live-action film bringing Batman and Superman together and against each other. The movie will supposedly be telecasted many more times than you expectations.
The channel had teamed up with Bright Outdoor Media, Mumbai, to execute the campaign in Mumbai and Kerala. The media used mostly being the large hoardings, showing the raged poster of the movie along with the premiere timings. The rationale behind doing so was to attract the youth who are the primary followers of DC comics and are mostly youngsters. The eye-catching hoardings are just one aspect of a wider OOH campaign and social media campaigns in pipeline to further excite fans and raise awareness throughout the cities.
Bright Outdoor Media, which excels in movie and TV premiers, took over the sites deployed at the main junctions and high footfall areas of the respective cities, aimed to garner the maximum eye balls directly turning them into higher viewership.
Considering youth to be the prime TG for this flick, OOH platform played a vital role for the brand to excite and update about the premier.
