Posterscope India, the out-of-home agency from Dentsu Aegis Network, has bagged the title of 'Outdoor Agency of the Year' at the Global Marketing Excellence Awards. With more than 30 awards in its kitty, this year has surely been a remarkable one for Posterscope India.
The 3rd Edition of the World Marketing Congress acknowledged to be Asia's largest Marketing Conference, its mission is to recognize the unique and resonant nature of the Indian Marketing community. The World Marketing Congress & Awards continues to celebrate the most outstanding stories in India, with entries from over 30 countries across the globe.
Commenting on the win, Haresh Nayak, Regional Director, Posterscope Asia Pacific and Managing Director, Posterscope Group India said, "I am extremely humbled to see Posterscope India win such recognition at a global level. Such wins give us immense motivation to work hard for our clients and garner appreciation for our work across the industry. I hope we continue to work at this pace and even more, and produce fantastic work for our clients in the future."
Giving entire credit to their efforts and investment made in the sectors of data, technology and content (research), has enabled the agency to stay ahead of the curve at all times, as per Nayak. He further explained, "Posterscope has redefined the way OOH is bought, sold and presented in India. Our path breaking OOHZONE tool is a one of its kind proprietary dashboard that allows for more robust, accountable and effective out of home offerings. Additionally with 3 virgin and never done before innovations we have integrated digital and out of home for more meaningful solutions."
Getting appreciation always helps not only in boosting the team and gaining the recognition but they also benefit in gaining some more accounts into the account. "We believe they do, as good work and consistent word of mouth does help in building and forging new associations in the marketplace", he adds.
But what it takes to drive the strength and same zeal into the company? Answered to this, Nayak shared, "Posterscope is a people driven organisation. We have 4 planned training interventions every year in order to keep our people focussed and up to date with media trends, emerging patterns, changing client expectations, evolving city fabrics and soft skills which translate to an energized workforce that is always wanting to prove itself through differentiation and innovation."
