The Kapil Sharma Show is finally on air putting an end to the long wait of the audience who loved 'Comedy Nights with Kapil'. Kapil Sharma and Co fixed a spot on Sony TV after a three-month long break from the last aired show on Colors TV. To relaunch and repackage the show on a new television channel, a lot of buzz was created on all advertising platforms including OOH.
The Outdoor Media Mandate for 'The Kapil Sharma Show' was given to Bright Outdoor Media in Mumbai giving boost to the popularity of the show. The city was painted red with hoardings and billboards of the show giving it the reach and popularity that it deserves. Key strategic areas such as Juhu Haveli, Juhu Ledo, Sion Chunabhatti, Vile SV Road, Andheri Chitrakoot, Andheri ROB, Goregaon, Oshiwara Depo, Goregaon ROB were used to display its outdoor splendour.
The show also packs a lot of curiosity about what Ali Asgar and Sunil Grover who became popular as Dadi and Gutthi would turn up with since they weren't allowed to reprise their earlier roles by the channel which aired Comedy Nights With Kapil.
The creatives used for outdoor were kept the same so that the audiences can have a better recall value of the show. It displayed the entire starcast of the show which includes Kapil Sharma, Ali Asgar, Sunil Grover, Sumona Chakravarti, Kiku Sharma and Navjot Singh Sidhu. It also mentioned the start date and the timings of the show it is slotted to be on air.
