MCHI CREDAI 2016 is here again with a larger ambition and much bigger OOH Campaign

The campaign is aimed at promoting and increasing footfalls for the MCHI CREDAI exhibition in Mumbai from 7th to 10th April this year

MCHI CREDAI Property exhibition is one such kind of exhibition which every individual looks forward to experience. Held every year, MCHI CREDAI has now created a legacy and has more entries and participants registering for it more than ever. Organised by the Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI), it is claimed to be the largest representative body of real-estate developers in Maharashtra.

Executed by Bright Outdoor Media, the campaign makes use of king size hoardings visible from afar. Andheri Chitrakut, Bandra ROB, Juhu, Bandra Kurla Complex and Worli are the key strategized sites utilized to garner maximum visibility from the commuters and people living nearby.

The campaign is aimed at promoting and increasing footfalls for the MCHI CREDAI exhibition in Mumbai from 7th to 10th April this year. Since the last few years the real-estate body has been rolling out large scale OOH campaigns for its exhibitions in Mumbai, with each year's theme being different. Housing.com like last year is again the title sponsor for this event.

The creatives for the exhibition has been carefully crafted and enthrals the audience with its clean, clear and articulate message. Displaying the dates, timings, registration, venue, contact details and sponsors for the event, the creatives are not cluttered like the rest of the real estate campaigns one usually witness. The red backdrop with white text and engaging taglines such 'It's time to own a home' and 'It's time to convert rent into Home loan EMI' catches the attention of the audience.

It is a conglomeration of many all under one roof. The opportunity to own a house is here and we understood the severity of this exhibition which can make dreams of many come true. Formed in 1982, the association is one of the most prominent bodies of real estate developers in Mumbai and MMR. The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body for private real estate developers in India and is also affiliated with leading industry associations like CII, FICCI, IMC and others.
