Ajmera Group launches OOH campaign in Mumbai by roping in Bright Outdoor and Global Advertisers

Ajmera Group has recently launched its OOH campaign to promote its ‘uber’ luxurious township project with features like Wankhede-size stadium and bike dirt track in Mumbai. The project named iLand in Wadala is claiming to be Mumbai’s only 100 acre integrated township connected with mono rail and eastern highway. The 46 year old real estate company that titles to have a foothold in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot and Bangalore as well as an international project in Bahrain has roped in Bright Outdoor and Global Advertisers of Mumbai to execute the outdoor campaign.

“To create a mass amongst the target audience and to build strong impact we have used large format media in and around the city. We are overwhelmed to be associated with them and create outdoor buzz for Ajmera Builders in Mumbai,” says Yogesh Lakhani, CMD, Bright Outdoor.

The campaign’s first phase will come to an end this month as the objective of the phase was to create awareness amongst the Mumbai masses about the iLand project. The project also asserts that it will have a sports academy, interiors by the designers of Dubai's Burj Khalifa and one acre club house for every tower, which stands on 4 acres of land with the first level of residences beginning at the 14th floor.

Sanjeev Gupta, MD, Global Advertisers explains that luxury, thoughtful planning, wide open spaces and premium design are the pillars on which the i-Land project rests. “We put in a lot of thought to the targeted buyers and zeroed in on locations, outdoor media offerings and duration and timing of the campaign. We are happy with the outcome as the number of enquiries has risen by 40 per cent. The client is happy, and so are we,” he adds.

The campaign highlights 3 steps that a prospective buyer can take to own a property at iLand with the details about the township and a call to action number. The design has remained constant with every format of outdoor that the campaign has followed as the brand has taken up large format billboards, unipoles, pillars and gantries in Bandra, Vile Parle, Juhu Gulmohar road, Goregaon Highway, Link Road, Kandavali, Thane among others.
