Upon registration, the company is requested to furnish complete and accurate details as required by All About Outdoor Media. Com Pvt. Ltd. |

The monthly billing of your inventory will be determined at 80% of the indicative market price to be shown on the portal, considering the industry practices of average negotiations against the card rate. The same will determine the slab basis which your monthly accruals will be calculated. |

The package requires the client to pay the registration fees and 6 month's service charges in advance, on account of which the development charges (@ Rs 300/unit) for all the media will be waived off. |

During the course of your membership with All About Outdoor Media . Com Pvt. Ltd., in event of any additional media procurement or increased billing than the current bracket, you will be liable to pay additional service charges as per the revised bracket for the remaining contract period. |

After registration the company will contact you for testing on the portal, during which you are required to verify the data uploaded on portal to be accurate. |
