Sealed tenders are reinvited from reputed firms for disposal of rights of display of advertisement boards on street light poles from Dafnala to Trident Circle on airport road at Ahmedabad Cantonment under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad Cantonment Board.

Application for issue of blank tender forms shall be received by this office by latest upto 15.05.2010; applications should be accompanied with certified copies of registration certificate for payment of service tax on service of advertising.

After scrutiny of application forms with requisite enclosures, blank tender forms shall be issued on 17.05.2010 & 18.05.2010 to successful applicants on payment of tender fee of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) for each tender.

Sealed tenders will be received latest upto 21.05.2010 till 12:00 hrs and same shall be opened on 21.05.2010 at 12:30 hrs. in the presence of tenderes whosoever are present.
