Bhopal City Link Ltd. (BCLL) incorporation as a SPV to operate and manage the public transport system in Bhopal city with private sector partnership invites bids from reputed & established advertisement agencies as well as individual companies for advertising rights on 225 city buses on 10 high travel demand routes of the Bhopal City per bus per month that could be paid to BCLL Bhopal. The spaces/areas provided in the buses for advertising mainly includes Side Panels, Back Panel, Full Proof panel, LCD Screen and branding of head rests and seat covers.

The detailed terms & conditions are given in RFP, which can be downloaded from the website www.bhopal municipal.com. The RFP can also be purchased from the office of the Managing Director, Bhopal City Link Ltd. Harshwardhan Complex, Phase-1 Mata Mandir Bhopal on submission of a DD of Rs. 5000/- in favour of ‘Managing Director, Bhopal city Link Ltd.’ payable at Bhopal. The bidders have to furnish an EMD of Rs. 1 lakh in the form of DD drawn in favor of ‘Managing Director, Bhopal city Link Ltd.’ payable at Bhopal along with each bid.
