The last date of issuing tender form is 7/4/2010 up to 12.00 hrs. The last date and time for submitting the tender is 7/4/2010up to 14.00 hrs. and will be opened at 14.30 hrs of the same day.

The Security Deposit has to be paid after the awarding of the contract as instructed by the Railway Administration.

The tender must be addressed to the undersigned. Each tender form must be accompanied by earnest money Deposit (in the form of cash receipt or DD) in favor of Senior Divisional Cashier (pay), Southern Railway, Trivandrum. The tender form duly filled in and with all documents as mentioned in the tender conditions should be dropped in the tender box kept for this purpose at the Office of the undersigned. Tender form send by tapal, registered post, Courier service, Fax etc will not be considered. More details are available in the general terms and conditions of the tender, which will be supplied along with the tender form. In case the tender date is declared as a holiday, the next working day will be the tender date. The tender notice is published in www.tenders.gov.in website also. The Railway administration reserves the right to accept or reject all or any tender without assigning any reason.
