Tender for advertising rights inside 33 train sets in Line-3 and 50 train sets of Line-2, of RS-2 type (Broad gauge, Bombardier trains) of Phase-II

Two separate Tender offers are invited from reputed National/Multinational registered agencies, Media purchasing agencies and corporate for two separate contracts namely. - Advertising rights inside 33 train sets in Line-3 of RS-2 type (Broad gauge, Bombardier trains) of phase-II. and,
b. Advertising rights inside 50 train sets of Line-2, of RS-2 type (Broad gauge, Bombardier trains) of phase-II.
The details are as follows:-
| 1. | Tender document cost | Rs.20800/- (Rs.20000 + 4% DVAT)
| | 2. | EMD | Rs.25,00,000/- for each tender
| | 3. | Tender Document Sale | 10:00 hours on 04.03.2010 to
14:00 hours on 31.03.2010
| | 4. | Last Date to seek any clarification | 17.03.2010 up to 17:30 hours
| | 5. | Last Date to issue clarification/ Addendum | 24.03.2010
| | 6. | Date of submission of Tender | On 31.03.2010 up to 15:00 hours
| | 7. | Date & time of Tender opening | Line 2-On 31.03.2010 at 15:30 hours
Line 3- On 31.03.2010 at 16:00 Hours |
All details shall be obtained by purchasing the tender document on payment of Rs.20800/- vide DD/Banker’s cheque drawn in favour of “Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited” payable at Delhi. The same may also be down loaded from DMRC web site www.delhimetrorail.com” and shall be submitted along with tender document cost of Rs.20800/- vide DD/Banker’s cheque drawn on or before last date of tender submission i.e. 31.03.2010. Down loaded Tender Document submitted without Tender Document cost as mentioned above will be rejected out rightly. No tampering/ alteration or changing of the content is permissible. No late or delayed Tender will be accepted. Separate tender documents along with Separate EMDs will be required to be submitted for each contract. |
