Sealed open tenders under Two Packet System viz. Packet- A (Technical Offer), Packet-B (Financial Offer) on prescribed form are invited by Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, S.E. Railway, Ranchi for and on behalf of the President of India for the following work:-

• Cost of tender form: Rs. 5000/- for Cluster Nos. I to IV & VI, Rs. 3000/- for Cluster VII and Rs. 2000/- for Cluster V.
• Period of contract: five years for each cluster
• Earnest Money in favor of FA & CAO, S.E. Railway, Kolkata payable at Ranchi through money receipt issued from Divisional Cashier, S.E. Railway, Ranchi or DD on SBI or any other Nationalized Bank.
• Selling of tender form: Through Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, S.E. Railway, Ranchi from 11.02.2010 to 09.03.2010 upto 16:00 hrs except closing days of office.
• Date of dropping of tender: on 10.03.2010 between 10:30 hrs to 15:00 hrs.
• Date of opening: 10.03.2010 at 15:30 hrs.
• Tender notice can be downloaded from the website www.serranchi.org or tenders.gov.in from 11.02.2010 upto 16:00 hrs on 09.03.2010. |
