MSRDC invites sealed offers for “Beautification / Landscaping and Maintenance thereof with utilization of the space below flyover for display of advertisement, showrooms and operation and management of pay and park scheme below BARC and Mankhurd Flyovers on Sion Panvel Highway”. The proposed uses are peripheral landscaping/beautification, display of advertisement/showrooms (without retail sale) and on small boards in beautification area and Pay & Park as permitted by all local authorities. Apart from this, agency has to level resurface the space below flyover by asphalting with proper slope. The agency can display the logo along the periphery of the space below the flyover, if permitted by the competent authority. The details of above work are given below:

Blank Offer document at the cost of Rs.5,000/- per copy can be obtained by the offerer in person or through its representative accompanying request letter on their letter head from the office of the Executive Engineer, Commercial Unit, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited, Office Block-II, Bandra-Worli Sea Link Project Office, Opp. Bandra Reclamation BEST Bus Depot, Bandra (West), Mumbai – 400051 from 06/02/2010 to 06/03/2010 on all working days during office hours. (Tel No. 022 – 26517955, 26517953)
1. Pre-offer meeting will be held in the MSRDC, Bandra-Worli Sea Link Project Office at Bandra on 26/02/2010 at 11:30 hrs, which is open to all prospective offerers. The last date of submission of offers is 17/03/2010 till 15:00 hrs.
2. Validity of the offer will be for Ninety days (90) from the date of opening the financial proposal. Thereafter it shall be treated as valid until the offerer withdraws it in writing or till the selection procedure is complete.
3. For purchasing blank Offer Document the offerer shall submit a request letter on company’s letter-head along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 5,000/- drawn on any Nationalised/Scheduled Bank in favour of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd., payable at Mumbai. Under any circumstances cash will not be accepted in this regard.
4. Right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever is reserved with MSRDC. |
